Join us, and you will be based at our European HQ in Amstelveen, South Amsterdam. A full working week is 37.5 hours, and we have a hybrid policy of 80/20 in favour of office-based work because we value real-world face-to-face communication. Your role as a Sr. ICT Engineer Digital Technology will require some travel to European Offices.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role.

• Defining the requirement , designing policies for the Endpoint (PC and Server).
• Developing endpoint management and operation.
• Monitoring and analyzing the endpoints and troubleshooting any problems.
• Fine-tuning the endpoints to enhance the performance and security.
• Keeping accurate documentation and records on the digital-workplace as a whole.
• Supporting other ICT area (non the digital-workplace ).
• Participating in educational activities regularly to keep your knowledge up-to-date.

Your Profile

• Work experience as the digital-workplace administrator or technician like management with SCCM, Intune, etc. more than 5 years.
• Certification in digital-workplace may be advantageous. (MCSA, MCSE or any other Microsoft certifications).
• Strong working knowledge of access, administration, application server, archival, and configuration management software.
• Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills.
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English required).
• Other languages desirable (Dutch, French or German), ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• Driver's license.
