Do you love making things run smoothly while supporting sales teams, coordinating processes, and delivering exceptional customer service? And do you have the interest and ambition to take on some commercial responsibilities as part of your role? If so, you might be the person we’re looking for.
As our Operations Coordinator BeNeLux, you play a central role in supporting our Dutch, Belgian and French Healthcare Sales teams. You ensure that orders, tenders, logistics and service processes for our microscopy systems run seamlessly, keeping stakeholders informed and customers satisfied. With a proactive mindset and a willingness to develop light commercial skills, your work directly contributes to the growth of our products and services across the region.
Coordinate all sales administration activities for the BeNeLux region and France, including operational support to Service teams
Manage customer orders from placement to invoicing and act as first line contact for order related questions
Maintain accurate ERP (SAP) and CRM (MS Dynamics365) data and communicate lead times and order status
Identify and escalate issues, offering potential solutions
Build and follow up commercial offers for consumables in alignment with the sales teams
Coordinate tender activities, track published tenders, communicate deadlines, prepare standard documentation and manage the submission of official tender responses
Coordinate service administration, including service contracts, asset data and service cases
Manage logistics tasks such as stock allocation, shipping arrangements, demo kit returns, customs communication and relations with transport partners
Support broader NEBV HQ teams with process improvements, SOP updates and insurance claim investigations
Your background?
Associate degree or Bachelor degree level education
At least 3 years of experience in sales administration, order processing or similar roles
Experience with SAP and MS Dynamics365 is highly valued
Skills :
Fluent in Dutch, and English; French is a plus
Good communication skills and ability to work across cultures
Skilled in improving workflows and processes
Strong attention to detail, organized and service minded
Able to manage priorities
A proactive and commercial mindset with a interest for delivering high quality customer experience
Occasional travel in Belgium and Netherlands
